It looks like Congress will once again be considering whether or not to legalize online gambling. Though this seems unlikely considering the fact that the U.S. Department of Justice recently seized three of the world’s largest poker websites and indicted their executives, it appears to be true.  It seems that many Americans, at least those in support of online gambling, were spurred on to fight for its legalization after what many people refer to as Black Friday, occurred.

One of the newest bills, the one drafted by Rep. Joe Barton, a Republican from Texas, would only legalize poker. Many people believe that this is the industry’s best hope, because it is widely considered a game of skill.
